Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is a problem, please contact us via email at info@terrestrialplant.com including pictures of the issue within 24 hours of delivery of your order.
Refunds
In the circumstance in which a refund is provided, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days has passed since we’ve issued your refund, please contact us at info@terrestrialplant.com.
Shipping
All plants will be shipped in the best conditions possible. Due to various factors during shipping, please expect the possibility of leaf damage or discoloration, but plants are resilient and tend to rebound quickly. Terrestrial Plant Co. is not responsible for any shipping carrier related damages.
