Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order received, and are only shipped Monday through Wednesday to help avoid plants spending the weekend at the post office.
The processing time for your order is dependent on the number of orders before yours in the shipping queue. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, but please be aware that there may be some delays due to demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Please note that processing times & shipping times are separate. Processing time is the amount of time needed for Terrestrial Plant Co. to ship your plants. Shipping or transit time is the amount of time your order is estimated to spend with the shipping carrier.
Shipping During Inclement Weather
Terrestrial Plant Co. ships from Sacramento, CA. It is the customer's responsibility to check weather conditions prior to ordering. If purchasing plants during inclement weather conditions (e.g., excessive cold or heat), it is highly recommended you wait to place your order. We take every precaution possible to ensure a safe delivery and offer expedited shipping options. Should your order be weather-damaged or delayed in transit, Terrestrial Plant Co. will not be held liable for damaged plants.
Shipping Damages
Due to various factors during shipping, please expect the possibility of leaf damage or discoloration, but plants are resilient and tend to rebound quickly. If there is a problem, please contact us via email at info@terrestrialplant.com including pictures of the issue within 24 hours of delivery of your order.
Carrier Damages
In the event of damages through the shipping carrier, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Terrestrial Plant Co. is not able to file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. The customer must file the claim and have the shipping carrier contact us if they require any information.
